T7Design Tesla Model S iBooster Brake Servo Remote Reservoir Adapter

The Tesla iBooster (manufactured by Bosch) is an innovative, electronically controlled braking servo used in Tesla & other vehicles, which replaces the traditional vacuum brake booster found in many other cars. These are a popular swap into EV conversions where vacuum assisted braking is not an option. The e-servo is also making its way into traditional combustion engine swaps where there is not enough space to run a large diameter Vacuum servo, and in some cases you may find the reservoir needs to be remote mounted away from the master cylinder. We have found this to be the case with our E30 K20 swaps and have therefore made the perfect solution to remote mount the reservoir elsewhere.

Like with many of our products, we start with a laser scan of the servo to obtain critical dimensions and then export into Solidworks to begin the design phase. This allows us to ensure our products fit perfectly and are designed to the highest level of quality.

• Uses original roll-pin to secure the adapter in place.
• Designed using a full laser scan of the iBooster to ensure perfect fitment and clearances.

• Please ensure you use PTFE or another hose material that is compatible with brake fluid.
