The complete 'Plug&Play' solution for T7Design 600W Electric Heater - Supplied assembled on a convenient back-plate with all relays, fuses and cables.

To complement our popular 12V 600W electric heater we are now manufacturing our own wiring harnesses to make installation even simpler for our customers. The harness is designed with high quality components and is rated to handle the current draw of our 12V 600W electric heater. This harness is designed to control the fan and heat output.

4 Position turn switch:
• 1. OFF
• 2. Fan Only
• 3. Fan + 400W Heat output
• 4. Fan + 600W Heat output

PLEASE NOTE:This harness is not compatible with our 12V 1000W Ducted Electric Heater.

• Designed for a nominal 12VDC, and a maximum continuous current of 60A.
• High quality Ripca relays, wiring & terminals used throughout.
• Glue lined heatshrink used at all high current connections.
• Includes 4 Position turn switch.
• Battery Terminal to Fuse: 30cm with optional M6 or M8 Ring terminals.
• Fuse to Relay available in optional 1, 2 or 3m lengths.
• Relay to Heater: 30cm
• Relay to Switch: 1m

ATTENTION

• These wiring harnesses are designed to work with our electric heaters which draw considerable current, therefore it is important to ensure all connections make good contact to minimise resistance and temperature build up.
• Please ensure the switch power wire is connected to a switched live to ensure the heater cannot be left on when the vehicle is switched off.
• Please ensure all positive cables are kept away from heat and sharp edges, please also use grommets for passing cables through bulkheads. Depending on where the battery cable is being routed, please consider using conduit as an extra safety barrier.
