T7Design High Flow Inline Oil Control Thermostat ORB10 AN10 82c
T7Design Inline Thermostatic Oil Control Valve - AN10 - 82c
The T7Design Inline Thermostatic Oil Control Valve is engineered for high flow with minimal restriction, using materials only where necessary to ensure lightness. The result is an exceptionally lightweight component, weighing just 0.2 kg without fittings and 0.29 kg with the supplied fittings. Our thermostatic valve is bi-directional, allowing either side to connect to the engine or the downstream oil cooler radiator. This provides greater mounting flexibility, eliminating the need to install the cooler back-to-front in your engine bay due to mismatched flow paths.
The thermostatic valve is lightweight enough to be mounted inline within the hose assembly. Alternatively, it can be secured to a panel using two M6 cap head bolts through the counterbored M6 holes machined into its body.
FEATURES:
- Bi-directional design allowing either side to be connected to engine or oil cooler.
- High-flow internal valve for minimal pressure drop.
- ORB10 connections machined into the body allow for easy adaption to other AN sizes or barbs.
- Fully 3D machined for a superior surface finish.
- Manufactured from lightweight aluminium alloy.
- Hard anodised for a long lasting and durable finish.

Considerations during installation:
- Please ensure the inline thermostat is mounted away from the engine to limit vibration exposure.
- Avoid mounting the valve or hoses close to hot exhausts where possible, if this is unavoidable, please use insulated and reflective sleeving.
- The valve is bi-directional and so it does not matter which side the engine or cooler is plumbed in to, however the feed and return from the engine or cooler must connect to the same side of the thermostat body.
- It is important that the hose connections to/from the engine match the directional arrows on the diagrams below.
- AN10 connections can be swapped out for smaller or larger ORB fittings, however we would not recommend running anything larger than AN12 hose.

- Please double check that you are ordering the correct size for your application prior to checkout.
