Push Fit Hose In-Line Flow Control Valve
Our range of Push Fit Hose In-Line Flow Control Valves are made from high quality Polyoxymethylene (POM). These flow control valves are used where there is a requirement to restrict or modulate the flow of the fluid as required. Such as in air systems where individual components require a lower air pressure than the other components in the system.
We hold a large range of push fit hose joiners, push fit hose threaded fittings and Polyurethane (PU) push fit hose in stock which are suitable for many applications in the Automotive, Engineering and Commercial industry.
Please note that it is only recommended to use these products with air or pure water (pure water must not exceed 60°C). In pure water applications, if the temperature of the fluid exceeds 60°C, the heat and moisture can cause damage to the fitting's body and gasket.
Although it is not recommended, these products can be used with other fluids but must not be corrosive or flammable. Please note, using aggressive fluids will reduce the working life of the hose or fitting.
Features & Benefits
- All push fit hose joiners and fittings utilise a Black, quick release, easy to use locking collar which secures the push fit hose inside of each joiner or fitting.
- All push fit hose joiners are made from high quality, durable Polyoxymethylene (POM).
- All threaded fittings feature a durable Nickel-plated Copper body to withstand corrosion and contamination to air and pure water applications.
- All BSP (R) tapered fittings include sealant tape pre-installed to the threads.
- All BSPP (G) parallel fittings include a pre-installed O-Ring seal.
- All Metric fittings are not supplied with any sealing equipment and require the use of PTFE/Teflon tape when being installed.
- After installation, the direction of each push fit hose fitting can be easily swivelled without removal.

- The air or fluid pressure must not exceed 13.2 Bar / 191.5 Psi.
- It is not recommended to use these fittings for pure water applications that exceed 60°C, the heat and moisture can cause damage to the fitting's body and gasket.
