065 Battery Tray with Strap

The T7Design battery tray is made from lightweight laser cut aluminium sheet, it is then precision folded and tig welded before being finished in a textured black powdercoat. A strap is provided with the tray to secure the battery in place.

The tray has two sets of 5.5mm mounting holes in the base. To fit simply position the tray and use the existing holes as a drilling guide for mounting. The mounting hole positions are located in the outer most corners of the tray giving a footprint only fractionally bigger than the size of the battery itself. It is recommended to use M5 cap head bolts for mounting.

The strap provided is long enough to accommodate all battery heights, once installed you can cut the strap to the desired length using a sharp pair of scissors, it is then recommended to use a lighter to prevent the end of the strap from fraying.
