T7Design 50mm / 2" Titanium Exhaust High Temperature Heat Wrap

Our Titanium heat wrap is a vital part of your engine bay which can often be overlooked. Installing Titanium heat wrap to your exhaust header manifold and system can heavily reduce the amount of heat that is saturated by the engine bay and components, allowing more heat to be retained inside the exhaust system, resulting in a higher gas flow rate and efficiency. Retaining higher temperatures in your exhaust system and increasing the gas flow rate will result in an improvement in performance and reliability.

An added bonus in utilising Titanium heat wrap is commonly found when working close to hot exhaust components in-between racing or after driving your vehicle at peak temperatures, giving you a safer working environment and eliminating the risk of injury.

To cover tight radius manifold bends, it is recommended to use 1" Titanium wrap. Both 1" and 2" wrap can be used together. Please note that no Stainless Steel clips/fasteners are included with this heat wrap.

  • Extremely pliable for tight and secure wrapping.
  • Improves heat saturation, gas flow, efficiency and performance.
  • Reduces vibrations and supresses higher frequency internal cabin exhaust sounds.
