2.4kw Cubby Heater 24v

A great interior heater for use in Motorhomes, Caravans, Minibuses, Boats and other Marine applications, this unit can be hooked up to the vehicles cooling system to provide extra interior heating or plumbed into a central heating system for use with water heaters such as those manufactured by Eberspacher & Webasto.

This is a simple blow through heater, the internal fan draws air in through one side of the heater and blows it through the heater core and out through the grill on the opposite side.

The heater is supplied with a pair of right angled mounting brackets to allow fitment of the heater to a surface or panel, the heater can be mounted in any orientation.

This heater uses a single axial fan, the fan has a high and low speed setting, to operate at the desired fan speed you must apply power to either the orange or red wires, though not at the same time! It is recommended to use a 3 position Rocker or Rotary switch to operate the fan.

Please note that no switches are supplied with the heater, please see our range of multi position switches sold separately.

Please ensure your supply is fused appropriately, it is recommended to use a 3a fuse and that your cable is rated higher than the fuse.

Please Note: We only stock the version with the heater hose connections exiting the end of the heater. If you would like to order the other version with the hoses exiting underneath please give us a call and we can advise on cost and lead times.

• Please note that a corrosion inhibitor such as glycol or anti-freeze should be used to prevent corrosion and prolong the useful life of all components used in the vehicles cooling system.
